Hey, You seem to be an authority on Minnewanka. Could you provide some information about how to get to the trail? is it right off the hwy? I can see the lake on google earth... is it as simple as that to find it? I'm going to be in the area for the weekend with some friends, would you reccomend anything else for us to try? Yeah, that was my Girlfriend and I (on the giant reigns) at the frozen stream crossing. We were behind the group of 4 guys. That trail was in great shape. Thanks again, TJ

them xtr cranks are still running strong. If you happen to ever hear of someone selling a bb that matches to them... let me know.. the bb is shot and apparently you can't order in a replacement.

I was a fast course this year. I pulled in a 4:17 which was waaaay better than my personal best. Hope you did well, let me knw your time.
